1. Introduction and General Principles

GoLive eTechnologies India Private Limited ("GoLive eTechnologies," "we," "us," or "our") is managing and operating the website www.golivetechnologies.in (collectively referred to as the "GoLive eTechnologies Platform") through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of various products ("Products") to the users of the GoLive eTechnologies Platform ("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your").

This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy"), together with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy, sets out our policies and procedures towards the delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform.

We provide shipping and delivery of our Products exclusively within India. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. We make all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.

By agreeing to use the GoLive eTechnologies Platform and/or purchasing a Product on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access, or transact on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform.

 

2. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

We partner with third-party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you ("Logistic Partners"). We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us. You agree and understand that though we effectuate Product delivery to the Users through our Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver the Products on our own without engaging any Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.

2.1 Geographic Coverage & Unserviceable Areas

GoLive eTechnologies sells products and services only within India. We do not offer cross-border sales or international shipping.

You agree and understand that though we endeavor to ship and deliver our Products all across India, we may, in our sole discretion, determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such user at the time of placing an order on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to cancel your order in case the Product is shipped and the pin-code becomes unserviceable.

2.2 Shipment Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and subject to stock availability. Orders placed before 2 PM IST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the following business day. Orders are usually not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During peak seasons or due to high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will make our best effort to notify you of any significant delays.

2.3 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within India!

The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows, commencing from the date of dispatch:

  • Within Ghaziabad: 1-2 business days

  • Rest of Uttar Pradesh: 2-4 business days

  • Major Metro Cities (Outside UP): 3-5 business days

  • Other Locations in India: 5-7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we offer free shipping, delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service. In any case, the user will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the Product purchased from the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. This estimated timeline shall be notified to the user on the ‘Product Detail Page’ and displayed at the time the order is confirmed by us.

2.4 In-Store Pickup (Ghaziabad)

Customers in or near Ghaziabad can choose to pick up their online orders from our corporate office at: FF/587, Niti Khand - 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad - 201014. Select the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for pickup (typically within 1-2 business days). Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation. Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification.

2.5 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, and you can track your order status on the courier partner's website using this number. We will also share details about your orders pursuant to their dispatch on the e-mail ID and/or mobile number provided by you/registered with us.

Our customer service team coordinates with the Logistic Partners to ensure that the Products are delivered to you at the earliest and make all reasonable efforts in ensuring that the Logistic Partners update the tracking status of the purchased Products on a real-time basis. It is clarified that we engage third-party service providers to effectuate deliveries of the Products and hence, we do not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the tracking status and the status may be subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and/ or other technical difficulties which are not in our control.

2.6 Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Shipments

Our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 2 (two) attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us.

If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer's unavailability after two delivery attempts by our courier partner, the package will be returned to GoLive eTechnologies. Should you wish to have the order redelivered, you will be responsible for a redelivery fee. This fee will be calculated as 4% of the original order value or ?1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only), whichever is higher. This charge covers the additional shipping costs incurred for the return and the subsequent redelivery attempt. To arrange for redelivery, please contact our Service & Support team as soon as possible after you are notified of the undeliverable status. We will guide you through the redelivery process and the payment of the applicable fee. Please note that redelivery is subject to the availability of the original items.

2.7 Delivery Acceptance

You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the purchased Products to you, we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that, you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we shall not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide correct and complete information.

You will receive the Product after sharing a One Time Password (OTP) with our Logistic Partner. If the Product delivered to you comes along/together with its parts, you need to verify if all the parts are available in the package and make sure that the complete package as mentioned in the shipping box is being received by you.

You must not accept any package of the Product that looks visibly damaged, torn, or tampered in transit or if its seal is tampered. All our packages come with "Tamper Evident Void Seals". Acceptance of a tampered "Void Seal" or a damaged box will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

2.8 Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable endeavors in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:

  • Logistical issues beyond our control

  • Unsuitable weather conditions

  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.

  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.

  • Other unforeseeable circumstances.

In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempts to inform you by writing to your email ID and/or mobile number registered with us. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.

2.9 Conduct of Delivery Personnel

We endeavor to engage Logistic Partners, employees, and agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity; and behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence, and good mannerism. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/ or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy, or offensiveness shown by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by you, independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.

2.10 Damages During Shipping

GoLive eTechnologies is not directly liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they leave our premises, as this falls under the responsibility of the carrier. However, if you receive a damaged order, please:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for the claim process.

  • Notify our Service & Support team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods with supporting photos/videos, and we will assist you where possible in coordinating with the carrier and processing a replacement/return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2.11 Return Shipping

Return of purchased Products are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. On receipt of a request for return of Product on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform and the same being duly approved by us, our reverse-Logistics Partners shall get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

3. Alignment with Other Policies

This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read in conjunction with our Payment Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Please note that our Return & Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which returns and replacements are considered for online purchases (e.g., damaged upon arrival, DOA, wrong product shipped) and the strict conditions that apply. The shipping costs associated with any approved returns will be handled as per the specific terms outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your order. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
