Shipping & Delivery Policy - GoLive eTechnologies

Thank you for shopping at golivetechnologies.in This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of your orders.

GoLive eTechnologies sells products and services only within India. We do not offer cross-border sales or international shipping.

Domestic Shipping Policy (India)  

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and subject to stock availability. Orders placed before 2 PM IST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the following business day. Orders are usually not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During peak seasons or due to high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will make our best effort to notify you of any significant delays.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within India! The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:  

  • Within Ghaziabad: 1-2 business days  
  • Rest of Uttar Pradesh: 2-4 business days  
  • Major Metro Cities (Outside UP): 3-5 business days  
  • Other Locations in India: 5-7 business days  

Delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. While we offer free shipping, delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service.

In-Store Pickup (Ghaziabad): Customers in or near Ghaziabad can choose to pick up their online orders from our corporate office at: FF/587, Niti Khand - 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad - 201014. Select the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for pickup (typically within 1-2 business days). Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation. Orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification.  

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, and you can track your order status on the courier partner's website using this number.  

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make two (2) attempts to deliver your order at the provided address. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.  

Undeliverable Shipments & Redelivery: If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer's unavailability after two delivery attempts by our courier partner, the package will be returned to GoLive eTechnologies. Should you wish to have the order redelivered, you will be responsible for a redelivery fee. This fee will be calculated as 4% of the original order value or ?1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only), whichever is higher. This charge covers the additional shipping costs incurred for the return and the subsequent redelivery attempt. To arrange for redelivery, please contact our Service & Support team as soon as possible after you are notified of the undeliverable status. We will guide you through the redelivery process and the payment of the applicable fee. Please note that redelivery is subject to the availability of the original items.  

Damages During Shipping: GoLive eTechnologies is not directly liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please:  

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.  
  • Contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.  
  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for the claim process.  
  • Notify our Service & Support team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods with supporting photos/videos, and we will assist you where possible in coordinating with the carrier.  

Alignment with Return & Refund Policy: This Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that our Return & Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which returns and replacements are considered for online purchases (e.g., damaged upon arrival, DOA, wrong product shipped) and the strict conditions that apply. The shipping costs associated with any approved returns will be handled as per the specific terms outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
