1. Introduction and General Principles
This Payment Policy ("Policy"), together with our Terms & Conditions, describes GoLive eTechnologies India Private Limited's ("GoLive eTechnologies," "we," "us," or "our") accepted payment methods, and our policies and procedures in relation to the acceptance of pricing and payments towards the services and products ("Products") offered through our website (www.golivetechnologies.in) and our physical stores (collectively referred to as the "GoLive eTechnologies Platform"). Our primary objective is to ensure that the GoLive eTechnologies Platform is user-friendly and equipped with reasonably expected security infrastructure to protect any financial information that may be shared by you, the user ("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your").
Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms & Conditions and this Policy, and may forthwith leave and stop using the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. The terms contained in this Policy shall be accepted without modification, and also, by using, Browse, accessing, or purchasing from the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

2. Fees and Payment Options
GoLive eTechnologies does not levy any fee for Browse the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. We may, in the future, consider levying fees on the User for using the GoLive eTechnologies Platform as a whole, or for the use of certain features of the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. In such an event, you agree to pay any such fees, as applicable. GoLive eTechnologies does not covenant or guarantee providing you with a notice prior to enforcing such a levy of fees. Your continued usage of the GoLive eTechnologies Platform after such change in the fees will be considered to be your acceptance of such changes.
To ensure User convenience, GoLive eTechnologies offers multiple payment options to Users for purchases made on our website and in physical stores. GoLive eTechnologies, without prior notice to User, reserves the right to add or delete payment options from the ones listed below:

Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS): For B2B and bulk orders (details provided on request)
EMI Options: Available on select cards and checkout partners. The EMI Payment option can be availed only for the purchase of Products with a minimum cart value as directed by the respective banks that offer the same. The details of applicable EMI options are available on every Product page. The EMI Payment Option is only available for payment through credit cards issued by selected banks as specified on the Platforms. The terms and conditions of the relevant banks shall be applicable on all payments made by Users using the EMI payment option, and GoLive eTechnologies will not be responsible or liable for any issues or claims arising from the use of these Payment Options.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select products, pin codes, and order values. Applicable COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout. GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right not to provide the COD payment option for certain Products (these could be Products specified by GoLive eTechnologies or Products with value exceeding a specified amount) or locations. Users are required to peruse and accept the terms set out under the Return & Refund Policy, which sets out the terms of refunds for transactions carried out using the COD payment option.
Any other payment option as may be provided by GoLive eTechnologies from time to time.
The payment options referred to above shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as “Payment Options”. While reasonable endeavors are made to offer the Payment Options through varied banking channels, presently, GoLive eTechnologies accepts payments only from major select banking avenues within India. GoLive eTechnologies does not accept payments made through international debit/credit cards.
It is expressly clarified that accepting a User’s payment through the Payment Options is solely at GoLive eTechnologies’s discretion. GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to reject payment from a User through the Payment Options for any reason whatsoever. In order to further validate a User’s transaction, GoLive eTechnologies may request the User to submit a copy of the User’s photo identity proof (such as the User’s PAN card), failing which, GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to reject a User’s payment made through the Payment Options.
While using the Payment Options, User agrees to provide correct, complete, and accurate financial information such as credit/debit card details or prepaid payment instrument account details which may be stored by GoLive eTechnologies’s third-party payment gateway provider. User(s) shall not use a credit/debit card or prepaid instrument which is not lawfully owned by him/her or which the User has not been lawfully authorized to use. The User shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information. GoLive eTechnologies disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of the User’s financial information and/or identity, including details relating to the Payment Options.
GoLive eTechnologies shall not be held responsible and shall not assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage suffered by a User owing to:
Lack of authorization for any transaction, including such transactions carried out on gift cards and vouchers issued to User(s) as a part of GoLive eTechnologies’s promotions.
Exceeding of the credit/debit limit mutually agreed between the User and the issuing bank.
Any payment issue arising out of technical glitches occurring during a transaction.
Declination of transaction for reasons beyond GoLive eTechnologies’s control.
GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to impose limits on the number of transactions a User may undertake over the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. Should the User exceed such transaction limits imposed by GoLive eTechnologies, GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to refuse to process such transactions. GoLive eTechnologies may refuse to process transactions emanating from User(s) who have suspicious or questionable transaction history on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. Should GoLive eTechnologies be dissatisfied with the credibility of a User or the genuineness of a transaction carried out on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, GoLive eTechnologies shall have the right to reject such transactions. GoLive eTechnologies may also choose to delay the dispatch of Products purchased by such User or cancel the entire purchase at its sole discretion. The User agrees that GoLive eTechnologies shall not be liable for any damage, interests, or claims resulting from GoLive eTechnologies’s decision to not process a transaction or delay in the processing of a transaction on account of a User’s suspicious activity on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform.

3. Pricing and Promotions
All the Products listed on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform are inclusive of all applicable taxes. You will be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of Products from us, and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to GST, duties, and cesses etc.
Product prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. All prices displayed on the website www.golivetechnologies.in are inclusive of taxes. GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to change the prices of products, services, and the availability of the same at our sole discretion. No refunds of orders will be entertained on account of price changes of the product on the website at any point of time.
GoLive eTechnologies strives to provide accurate product and pricing information; however, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, GoLive eTechnologies website shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been delivered.
Price Discrepancies and Refunds for Price Differences:
Despite GoLive eTechnologies’s best efforts, there may be instances of mispricing or inaccurate listing of Products on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform during or after the process of purchase of Products has been carried out by the User. While thorough processes of verification are carried out prior to the publication of Product prices on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, errors and discrepancies arising out of technical glitches and time lags are unavoidable. For avoidance of doubt, GoLive eTechnologies’s curative actions that will arise in the event of a price difference arising on the actual maximum retail price of a Products against the Final Price paid for the Product (the price paid by the User for the Product) on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform is set out below:
If the maximum retail price of the Products delivered to the User is lower than the Final Price paid for the Product by the User on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, the User shall, within 24 (Twenty Four) hours from the time when he/she received the Products, intimate us at info@golivetechnologies.in, in each case resulting in an acknowledgment. Upon GoLive eTechnologies being satisfied of the User’s claim, the difference in the purchase price against the maximum retail price shall be given as a gift voucher within 3-5 (three to five) days from the date of receiving the written notice from the User.
If the maximum retail price of the Products delivered to the User is equal to or higher than the Final Price paid for the Product on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, User shall not claim any amount on the difference in maximum retail price listed on Product box against the price listed on the Platform.
If the actual Price of the Product(s) listed on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform is higher than what has been published due to any typographical/other error or technical glitch and if GoLive eTechnologies is not providing any offer or discount on such Products, GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to refuse/cancel the order placed by the User, at its sole discretion. The amount paid by the User shall be refunded as below.
If the actual Product(s) is incorrectly listed on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, GoLive eTechnologies reserves the right to cancel/refuse the order placed or replacement requested by the User, at its sole discretion. The amount paid by the User shall be refunded as below.
In order to process such refunds for price discrepancies, the User will be required to send an email to us at info@golivetechnologies.in. Thereafter, the User will receive a refund to the source account that was used to make the initial payment.
Promotion Errors & Freebies:
Promotion errors: While GoLive eTechnologies website strives to maintain promotion accuracy, there may be some rare cases where a promo/discount is not applied. Customers can cancel their orders and retry placing a new order. Post-order delivery, any inaccuracy of discount or any doubts expressed by the customer shall not be entertained.
Freebies: Some of the freebies offered on GoLive eTechnologies website are auto-added to the shopping cart (e.g., TV wall-mount with TV, Laptop bag or camera case with laptops/cameras wherever applicable). However, GoLive eTechnologies also offers bundle promotions from time to time which are User-driven and have to be added to the cart by the customer.
Such Freebies/combo/Promotional offers will have to be manually added to the cart by the customer to avail the Free product with Purchase offer listed on the product page.
If a freebie/Promotional product is added to the cart successfully on the shopping cart page, it will appear under "Order Details" in Your account section as well as all email communication from GoLive eTechnologies India Private Limited.
Customers can contact info@golivetechnologies.in within 5 days from the date of order placement to request a coupon code for ordering the freebie in case it was missed.
Customer’s original order will be validated against the offer period and a coupon code for ordering the freebie will be provided.
Total Invoice value will be the same as listed on the website or the final order value. However, as per GST requirements, the Price of the freebie/Promotional Product will be apportioned against the two products on the invoice.
Return or Cancellation for such orders must have the Freebie/Promotional Product cancelled/returned for a full refund. Customers who retain the freebie will receive a refund minus the proportionate amount of the freebie as mentioned on the invoice.

4. Secure Payment Processing
All online payments made on www.golivetechnologies.in are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure complete safety of your financial data.
To enable User to make payments for purchasing Products on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, in addition to this Policy, the terms and conditions of the User’s bank, applicable financial institution, and/or card issuing association may be applicable. The User’s bank, financial institution, or card issuing association may decline or prevent the User from making electronic payments for buying the Products on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, and GoLive eTechnologies does not control the same and hence, shall not at any point in time be held liable.
GoLive eTechnologies may, from time to time, contract with third-party payment service providers, including banks, to open nodal bank accounts under applicable Indian laws. This will be done to facilitate the payments between User(s) and other third parties, apart from GoLive eTechnologies. These third parties may include other service providers including payment aggregators, prepaid instrument providers, courier and logistic service providers etc. Upon successful delivery of the products purchased by you through the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, GoLive eTechnologies shall initiate payments to third-party service providers.
If it is brought to the User’s notice that a charge has been created on his/her payment instrument(s) for the purchase of Products on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform and the User is not aware of such purchase on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, the User is first, required to verify if his/her family members, friends or business colleagues were authorized to carry out the purchase of Products on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform. If, despite this, the User continues to be unable to identify the charge created on his/her payment instrument(s) for the purchase of Products on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform, the User may report such unauthorized purchase to us within 3 (three) business days from the date on which the unauthorized purchase was carried out on the GoLive eTechnologies Platform in order to enable GoLive eTechnologies to initiate investigations.

5. Invoice & Tax
All purchases include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per applicable Indian tax laws. A detailed tax invoice will be provided with every successful order. For bulk purchases and B2B orders, input credit invoices can be issued on request. Please share your GSTIN during checkout or email.

6. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed:
You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice at your registered email address.
In case of delayed payment status or gateway error, please contact our support team immediately with your payment reference ID.

7. Refunds & Payment Reversals
For refunds related to canceled or returned products, the amount will be credited back using the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days (timelines may vary by bank or provider). Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
Failed or Cancelled Transactions:
If your transaction fails but money is debited from your account:
It will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 working days.
